The small print
Privacy & Terms
Written in plain language, because small print should still be readable.
Privacy
What I know about you
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. You can read every page without telling me anything.
If you request the free piece, you give me your email address. It goes to the service that sends the piece, and it is used to send you that piece — nothing more, unless you ask for more. Write to me at any time and I will delete it.
If you buy a piece, the payment is handled entirely by Stripe, my payment provider. Your card details go to Stripe, never to me. Stripe tells me your email address so your piece can reach you, and keeps records as payment providers must. You can read Stripe’s own privacy policy on their site.
The site’s typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads. The site is hosted by Netlify, which, like every host, keeps standard server logs.
Your rights
You may ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email me and I will do it — there is no form and no process, just a person reading a letter.
Terms
The pieces
A ready-to-wear piece is a digital work: an interactive page delivered to you by private link after purchase. It is yours to keep and to use for yourself. Please don’t republish it, resell it, or pass the link around — the studio stays small because people are honest.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. You buy a piece once; there is no subscription and nothing renews.
Refunds
These are digital pieces — once the link is yours, the piece is yours, and it cannot be returned the way a garment can. But I stand behind the fit: if within fourteen days you find a piece genuinely isn’t right for you, write to me and tell me what didn’t fit, and I will refund you. I ask only honesty in return — it’s what everything here is made of.
The programme
The live programme is arranged personally, beginning with a fitting. Its terms — dates, price, what happens if life intervenes — are agreed between us in writing before anything is paid.
A place in the cohort is one of twelve, so I hold it differently. You may cancel for a full refund any time before the cohort begins. And if, within fourteen days of our first session, you feel the programme is not what you expected — tell me, and I will refund you. After that, your place is yours, and I’ll assume you’re staying to build.
